Can I switch out a social media site for one that is not included in your list? 

No, our systems and processes are setup to cater to the majority.

Can you setup my social networks?
Yes, we can setup your Facebook Page for free! When you’re prompted to fill out your business profile after check out, please indicate that you need us to set up your social network pages.

How are Page likes gained on Facebook?
Add a Facebook Ads package to your plan at checkout to get Likes consistently.

How many times do you post content?
We post content to your pages once a day, Monday through Friday.

Do I have to provide you with content?
You are encouraged to periodically send us specific information you’d like us to post. You do not have to edit it for posting, that’s our job, just send us the general info. For example, if you have an upcoming trunk show and you need us to talk about that, then please make sure to send us all the info about it in a timely manner. But our service is set up to work both with and without your input.

Do I have to provide you with images/photos?
If you’re a small business in an industry with products that make for beautiful photos, like in the fashion industry for example, yes, please send us photos, they will help us paint a beautiful picture of your business.

What kind of content do you generally post?
We do our research and post engaging articles, images, videos, links and text that is related to your business and industry.

Can I get more posts per day?
The maximum we post is once per day, which works well for a small business and is above the industry average.

What kind of access do I need to give you?
We require that you make us an admin on the Pages you want us to manage. We will provide you with simple instructions on how to do this after checkout. If you have any problems with this, we will assist you over the phone to help with the set up.

When am I billed?
You are billed automatically every month on the date that you signed up, until you cancel.

Can I cancel my plan at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time. There are no penalties for canceling.

Can I cancel my Facebook advertising plan at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your Facebook advertising at any time. There are no penalties for canceling.

Can I sign up for a customized Social Media Management & Marketing Plan outside of the basic plans.
